Watch the ancient techniques of Hopi Indian pottery with Al Qoyawayma. Al's pottery is timeless, elegant, sensuous, perfection, sublime, ancient and yet modern - are some of the metaphors used by collectors to describe Al Qöyawayma's (otherwise referred to as Al "Q") pottery. Nothing quite like Al's pottery has ever existed before. As with Native traditions, his pottery tradition runs deep.

We had been working in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee at a taping of the American Jukebox Theater 50s and 60s music review. The tapings occupied our evenings so I decided that Stan and I should get some exercise on one of the park trails. A good friend, and BlueHighways TV investor, Tom Hammond joined us on the hike. read more> >
