On the eastern shore of Maryland is a cozy little town with lots of history called Berlin. On September, 21st - 23rd the Chamber of Commerce will host an event called the Berlin Fiddlers Convention. I'd like to invite you to come on over to Berlin. As they roll out the red carpet for a couple of days of music and fun. The town is turned into a street fair with arts and crafts along with great music. It's a wonderful event sure to please the whole family. {read more}

Archaeologists
One particular Sunday afternoon the rain had turned the ground into a sponge when three dripping and mud-speckled men knocked on our door. It seems that they were looking for traces of a pioneer roadbed, little more than a path by our standards, which they suspected might have gone through our property.
