When is it better to replace rather than repair a walk-in cooler/freezer door? |
|
You know the door, it's the one you see sagging and scrapes the floor when opened. Frozen shut, and ice must be chipped off prior to opening door. Maybe the door is a victim of a fork lift misjudgment, or maybe it was
slammed by a pallet jack. Either way, the door looks ugly and probably does not operate properly. That door likely causes less noticeable, but expensive problems: product loss, energy loss, operation efficiency loss.
Any one of the problems above causes a loss of revenue out the proverbial door and you can solve that problem. R-Plus Doors are a high quality, custom replacement door. Give us the measurements and we will build a replacement door equal or
better than the original door it replaces.
Get our
replacement door worksheets or call Nick Stahl at 800-238-4093 for immediate assistance.
DOOR OF THE MONTH
Each month we feature a replaced door, a cooler or freezer door that is obviously in bad condition and ready for replacement. Send a photo of a door you are replacing or think needs replacing to
Nick Stahl. If your photo is the worst looking door, we will feature that picture and your company in this newsletter and on our web site.

Are you familiar with SQF? |
|
If you are not familiar with SQF, you should be. According to the Food Marketing Institute, SQF means Safe Quality Food and is a fully integrated food safety and quality management protocol designed specifically for
the food sector. SQF Certification provides an independent and external validation that a product, process or service complies with international, regulatory and other specified standard(s) and enables a food supplier to give assurances
that food has been produced, prepared and handled according to the highest possible standards.
SQF is based on HACCP guidelines and applies at all links in the food supply chain. This is an opportunity for you to sell upgrades to existing installations that maintain quality operations and help your customers maintain their
certifications. Use these links to find out more about
SQF and
HACCP.
