SF Open Studios 2010 - Register NOW!
Register Online Now! Contact the ArtSpan office with any questions at 415-861-9838 or via email at
info@artspan.org.
APRIL 22 deadline for the Early-Bird Discounted Rate ($170) for Premier Artist Membership (to be in the printed Guide Magazine and eligible for the SF Open Studios Exhibition) - after this date the registration fee will go up to
$185 for the Premier Artist Membership. Completed forms and TIFF artwork image are due on MAY 10 for Premier Artist Members.

SF Open Studios Registration Instructions
Once you have completed payment of the SF Open Studios registration fee, please follow these instructions to update your SF Open Studios profile and to upload your images by the May 10 deadline (Premier Artist Members to be in the printed
Guide magazine).
LOGIN into your profile by clicking the Login button in the top right corner of
artspan.org (you will have already set up your username and password through the payment process).
UPDATE SF Open Studios LOCATION & TIFF UPLOAD

Click on My Home (right side) to visit your artist profile page

Click on Edit This Event (yellow boxed area on left side of profile)

Click on Update Studio Location tab (left side) to enter your 2010 SF Open Studios info.

Click Save at the bottom left (note that this info may not appear on your profile immediately)
-
Click on Upload TIFF Image for Guide tab (left side) to upload your TIFF artwork image that will appear in the printed Guide magazine; this file must be a TIFF, CMYK format, 300 dpi, 2.5 inches on the longest side, smaller than 5

EDIT PROFILE

Click on Edit Profile in top navigation bar

Click on Publishable Info tab (left side) to include your artist name, publishable email, phone, and web site info

Click on Artwork Statement & Description tab to submit your artist statement (will appear in online Guide only) and your media/style

Click on Personal Info tab to update your personal contact info for ArtSpan use only (this info will NOT be published)
-
The Demographic Info tab is also for ArtSpan use only and helps with fundraising
UPLOAD JPEGS to ONLINE PROFILE

Click on Upload Art/Images in top navigation bar to upload up to 20 JPEG artwork images to your online artist profile page
-
Include the title of the artwork in the Title of Piece field and tag the media/style of the piece
-
Include medium, year, dimensions in the "Description" field, as well as any other info about the work.
