Better World Club Offers Co-Branding Of Action Alert
"Driving Change" Replaces "Go Forward" As Title
Kicking Asphalt Won't Be Co-Branded; Remains Dedicated to Better World Club Members, the Greatest People on the Face of the Planet
Better World Club's Action Alert which has been known as Go Forward has a new name: Driving Change. The name is being changed in conjunction with an expansion of the Alert's circulation, as it becomes the Action Alert
not just for BWC, but for a number of our partners.
Driving Change will be providing the latest information on how to drive the changing face of transportation toward more consumer-oriented, environmentally friendly options.
Better World Club welcomes like-minded organizations and businesses to partner with us to co-brand "Driving Change". If you are interested, please
contact us.

National Wildlife Federation Partners With Better World Club
The Two Organizations Share Goals...Well, At Least One Goal
National Wildlife Federation® (NWF) is America's largest conservation organization protecting wildlife for our children's future. NWF works with a nationwide network of state affiliate organizations, scientists, grassroots activists,
volunteers, educators and wildlife enthusiasts - uniting individuals from diverse backgrounds to focus on three goals that will have the biggest impact on the future of America's wildlife. These include connecting people with nature,
protecting and restoring wildlife habitat, and confronting global warming. (As BWC members probably know, confronting global warming is also one of BWC's three goals. Unfortunately, BWC's other two goals are determining how many pay cable
stations can be unscrambled at the office and whether underpaying staff leads to weight loss.)
NWF Members receive a 10% discount when joining Better World Club. NWF membership fees start at $15.00. For more information on NWF, visit
www.NWF.org.

We Don't Need a Weatherman to Know Which Way Wind Is Blowing. Do We Need One To Know Whether the Climate Is Changing???
Bet We Won't in a Hundred Years or So!
NEW YORK, Feb. 10 -- James E. Hansen, the NASA climate scientist who sparked an uproar last month by accusing the Bush administration of keeping scientific information from reaching the public, said Friday that
officials at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration are also muzzling researchers who study global warming.

A Better World
The Green Alternative to AAA

By Liz (I don't drive a) Hummer (No really, we didn't make this up. We feel like the kid who cries, "A giraffe goes into a bar..." once too often, but this is real....honest.)
Your tire's flat, you ran out of gas, you just plain need a tow from the side of the road because you don't even know what's wrong with your car. Thank goodness you have AAA, right? Wrong.
The well-known automotive club may appear to save the day on the surface, but they are actually contributing to further environmental damage...
