We'd like to invite you into an experiment, an experiment and invitation for women who are working for positive change in the world and in their lives. The hypothesis is that at this stage of our growth, conscious women are ready to move from a fear-based economics to a love-based system of money flow.

Let us see the evidence for our collective growth as women. Over the last century, together women have changed the American political system (obtained the right to vote). They have changed the face of the workplace, as the World Wars needed them on the home front, and as the era of the Viet Nam War opened the eyes of the world to racial and gender inequities. In industrial countries women are now participating in almost every walk of life. In developing countries, women are using micro-credit loans in unprecedented numbers to build businesses and communities. And in the last several decades women are also revitalizing their relationships, using circle principles long recognized by indigenous peoples as an avenue to the spiritual aspects of life on earth.

These are all changes that have been wrought, not only by visible leaders, but also by the power of woman acting together.

As the world careens toward the predictable outcomes of war and divisiveness, as economic motives are inexorably moving the world in that direction, women everywhere are feeling a deep call, almost a maternal drive, to move themselves, their loved ones, the whole world from conflict to community. And everyone is asking, how can we change economics to support such a shift?

This experiment brings that question to each woman, and shines a light on the way each woman conducts herself in the world of money.

Can we participate in a system of money flow, and catch every single thought of fear, scarcity, greed, and neediness, and embrace those aspects of ourselves fully? Can we move ourselves into the world of money and product flow, and stay in love with each other? As a group reaching critical mass, can we know only love, and act only from that place?

This is the experiment. This is the possibility.

REACHING A CRITICAL MASS: MONEY RIDING THE CURRENTS OF LOVE

Each of us needs to do nothing more than we are already doing to participate in this experiment. Yet, as we go about our daily lives, we are continually bombarded with advertising that reaches our deepest subconscious fears. How can we sustain an attitude of love when we are swamped in a culture that uses fear as a motivator?

We can participate together in coordinated systems of money flow as much as possible, small businesses or aspects of business where we can build on relationships of love and trust. For decades, one way to do this has been network marketing, and many women have experimented with this possibility, some succeeding, some not.

Let's try again. Let's see together if we can create networks of love-based money flow. Let's clean our inner houses, until we know that our motives are true. We want everyone we love, including ourselves, to be resource-ful! We think love; we feel love; we act love at every step. And we open to the alchemy that is the bounty of love....

And at the same time, can we lean on the old system a bit to support us in the transition? Perhaps we must, as we hold the intention to listen to our hearts for next steps. We are, after all, attempting to shift an entire economic system gracefully....
