Love Letters

Hello all you beautiful theatre people. This week's article will not be about us (gasp). It is for the unsung heroes that allow us to do our art with their love, support and encouragement (sometimes). This is for our loved ones that are left in the wake while we are in rehearsals and production. For many of us, we also work fulltime jobs so when we look back and see how much time we spend away from loved ones, it is very substantive.

A word or two from Dale Morris

It is so great to be in rehearsal again. Haven't been on stage since Virginia Woolf last Septemper and I was itching to be cast. Ruff Yeager cast me in Allan Havis' new play Arrow to the Heart being produced by Ruff's Vox Nova Theatre. A son deals with the health of his parents. Something we must all face.  Allan writes with humor and a great sense of the common person. I'm very proud to be in a cast that includes Equity actress and UCSD professor Eva Barnes, Robin Christ, and newcomer and sure to be a star one day Daniel Rubiano. comments@sdtheatre.com
