Introduction to the Chakras
Chakras are energy centers in the human body that process the vibrations between our outer environment and our physical body and
Soul.
Awareness of the information our chakras contain helps us take charge of our physical body from a holistic perspective, and can also act as a form of preventative medicine.
This class will cover basic history, the location and meaning of each chakra, and a guided visualization focusing on each individual energy center.
