This time next week we will be gathering for the Soul Refreshment Retreat weekend right here in Snow Hill. Have you been thinking about attending? If so, now is the time to act.

Your $70 investment gets you 2 yoga sessions, 4 informational sessions with experienced holistic practitioners, a storytelling workshop, a vegan cooking demonstration and meal, and two different musical demonstrations featuring singing bowls and drumming. Plus you'll get lots of open time to book private sessions with the practitioners*, take an art class*, explore the town, journal, be silent, and/or connect with new and old friends.
