Spirit of the Child Workshop

Spirit of the Child is an experiential workshop that helps people move from being stuck in their history to embracing the "spirit of the child" that still lives in them.

Participants will:

• Identify and own their "story of pain"
• Understand and experience the difference between being in their head and being in their heart
• Identify and experience key aspects of the Spirit of the Child
• Understand the concept of Personal Power
• Formulate and clarify what they stand for
• Own and speak out loud their message to the world
• Formulate a plan for expressing the Spirit of the Child moving forward
