Reiki Treatments
Enjoy the support of individual or packaged reiki sessions. We'll check in on where you're at on your healing journey, and you'll spend a delicious hour on the table, basking in reiki, contentment, and deep healing.

Reiki Classes
Everyone can learn reiki! Vibrant Reiki offers 20 different levels of reiki instruction. Most classes follow a weekend intensive format, with two afternoons full of meditation, learning, good eatin, attunements, and experiential practice time.

Reiki Shares
The monthly reiki shares, or shu chu reiki, hold a regular space for reiki folks (or the reiki curious) to come and practice sharing reiki together. Each circle is different, and helps us stay connected to reiki, and our reiki community.

Shamanic Soul Retrieval
This package of three sessions teaches you how to journey shamanically with in-person practice and live drumming, welcomes back parts of your vital essence, and integrates the work with a supportive reiki session. You'll be actively participating in your healing process, and gain a new skill for life.

Shaman Circles
The monthly shaman circles are open to everyone interested in learning how to journey shamanically, or practice our journey skills. Each circle includes opening of sacred space, introductions, description of how to journey, two live drumming journeys, group sharing, and closing meditation.

Last month, I spoke a bit about the shamanic healing method called Soul Retrieval, which involves a shamanic practitioner recovering lost soul pieces, or parts of our vital essence that can split off when we experience trauma. Some indications of soul loss can include: depression, compromised immune systems, childhood amnesia, lack of joy, or a feeling of 'something missing.' Soul retrieval results in feeling more whole, present, in our bodies, and integrated.

I've experienced several soul retrievals over the years, and believe deeply that this work is a large part of why I feel so fulfilled in my life. The feeling of returning vital essence, and operating again with more of our personal power, is incredible. The results look different for everyone, and soul retrieval is an incredible tool that I recommend for everyone seeking joy and health.

Soul retrieval as I offer it is a three-part process:

SESSION ONE: EMPOWERMENT
For folks new to shamanic journeywork, I ask you to read an extremely accessible and fun book by Sandra Ingerman (with a great drumming cd) about how to journey so that you understand the underlying basics. We'll review the process together, and I'll drum for you on two journeys so that you can connect with your compassionate helping spirits, and learn to receive information and healing yourself.

SESSION TWO: WELCOME HOME
We'll meet, perform, and celebrate your actual soul retrieval. I'll share information on what soul parts have returned during our session, and we'll talk about how to integrate and follow up with the work over the coming weeks. By now, you can journey for yourself to learn more about what new soul essences have returned, and how to honor them. This is a huge celebration, and welcomes parts of you home that may have been missing for decades. Watching the work unfold is the best part!

SESSION THREE: SUPPORT
We'll check in on how your integration is going. This is a supportive check-in session, and includes an hour of reiki to help the soul retrieval land gracefully and smoothly. Reiki and shamanism are beautiful complements to each other.

I've set this up as a three session package to help this deep, life-changing work land in an easy and joyful way. Part of the process is helping you learn to journey yourself, so that you can connect easily with your helping spirits, and participate and feel empowered in your healing process for the rest of your life. This is amazing, joyful work, and I can't wait to share it with you!
