Happy Holidays From All of Us!
As snow settles on the ground in the northern hemisphere, we have been working through some warm San Diego weather to bring you some pretty sweet upgrades.
Our last 2 portal sites have launched -
MyPracticeOrganizer (for medical practices) and
MyTrainerLink (for personal trainers) are now live. These portals are slightly different than the rest, in that all new groups (teams) created by them will automagically form teams that act like an appointment calendar (more
details are available from our last
Technology Update).
So cuddle up next to your fireplace and enjoy some quiet time. Hopefully you have friends and/or family nearby to enjoy these holidays with. If not, know that you're not alone - many of us have been there. If so, make the
most of this time and don't forget to tell your loved ones how much they mean to you.

Technology Update
1. New Help System. Throughout the logged-in part of the system, you will now see new Help buttons that can provide you with some additional insight and instructions.

2. 12/24 Hour Clock. You can now choose whether you want your events to be shown in a 12-hour (am/pm) clock or a 24-hour clock (e.g., "1900" for 7pm). This is done in the My Account screen, using the link at the top of the
screen in your main navigation.

have the 12-hour clock setting in your My Account
On the Burner
1. Our premium service level is coming soon! For a small monthly subscription, you will be able to do some pretty cool stuff (and remove some ads).
2. AdCenter. All of the ads served on the MyTeamCaptain network are now using our new AdCenter. We're working on the interface for advertisers, so stay tuned for the beta release announcement!
