Never a tax on your productivity!

These days, you're probably thinking that everyone wants to get a piece of you.  And for what?  Your tax dollars going to bail out corporations that buy private jets and hold big, expensive parties?  Here at Teamr, we understand (and share!) your frustration, which is why our philosophy has always been to give before we receive.

This month, you'll see some new productivity tools and some new reporting functions that will make your life that much easier.  You will also notice some new tutorial videos, which you will see when you log in.

And don't forget about us on Facebook!  Next time you log in, search for "Teamr" and become a fan!  You'll get more advanced updates when we make upgrades to our system.

Technology Update

Email Tracking.  The emails you send out to your team members are now tracked and archived for your convenience.  For free accounts, you have a record of the emails sent (when they were sent and their content).  Premium accounts get the additional benefit of read and click statistics.  Powerful email marketing functionality for anyone who needs to manage their contacts list.

Selecting Email Recipients.  Sending a message to your recipients is easy.  Just log into your Home page and click the Email button.  Now you can also more easily determine who your message is going to.  Simply click the position next to any of your team members and all members assigned to the same position will be selected.  Want to send a message to just coaches?  Or just students?  It's one click.  How easy is that? 



Just click on the position name and all members
holding that position will receive your email.

Multi-Day Events.  Up until now, if you had an event that spanned more than one day, you had to create a separate event for each day.  We added a simple way to create an all-day event and have that event stretch across multiple days.  Multi day events can be for several days in a row or for the third Tuesday of every month...you decide!

checking one of these boxes.


Helping you promote your team through your membership.  Each group member now has a new area called "Personal Contacts" (accessible from the Home page).  In this area, the member can import up to 100 contacts and send a brief message to them with a link back to your team's website.  Encourage your team to promote you and gain fans, supporters, donations, and sales!

 
Now each of your members can manage
their own database.

More Productivity with the Website Manager.  In the days of yore, when you clicked the "Manage Website" button, it would open in a separate window or tab.  After getting some feedback from our users about how this could be a little confusing, we changed the Manage Website function to open inside the main interface.  You'll see a new "WEBSITE" button when you log in, and you'll see that it keeps you in your main account while you're working on your website.  We think it'll save you time - thanks for the feedback!!!

Store Inventory.  You can now check a box to show your store's visitors the number of items remaining in inventory.

  • We are hard at work at expanding our registration functions.  You can already set an event to "Public" and let people register for an event - we're going to make managing those registrants easier and more flexible.

  Clever use for Teamr #1355:
Keep track of things that people borrow from your group's equipment storage.  Set up an "Open Text" type user-defined field in the Group Setup page and call it "Items Borrowed" and voila - problem solved!

Remember - you can upgrade to Premium Pro to remove all ads from your account!
