Charts and reports are just one cool accounting function
Ever wanted to send SMS text messages to a large group of people but still allow each person to respond to you directly? Well, now you can do it.
As long as you know each person's cell phone provider (a.k.a. their carrier, like AT&T or Verizon if you're in the United States), all you need to do is verify their contact number and you are good to go. Once a contact and
provider are verified, that person will be able to reply to your SMS Response broadcasts.
To verify a contact, go to the Contacts page and view the contact to send a verification message to that contact. You can also save time by sending a message to your entire group (we suggest you use our convenient Profile Update
email template).
Once a contact has confirmed his or her number and carrier, the contact can respond to any text message and the group leader will be able to see that response (associated with the contact).

Sending followup emails after people have joined your group or business contact list is a key function, especially if you're looking to send marketing-related
messages to them. An auto-responder allows you to save messages in your Media Library and then send a sequence of scheduled follow-up emails to new members of a group. Find your website signup forms on the Contacts page.

Premium accounts can now schedule email deliveries for future dates and times. You will see all scheduled messages highlighted in green in your Home screen.
See your queue and cancel any outgoing messages
As you probably already know, Premium accounts can use the Shared Access tools to share the workload of managing a team or group.
Events Shared Access allows other people to be able to add and edit events on your calendar. But sometimes you don't want everyone with Events Shared Access Permission to get the attendance summary email. Now you can define
exactly who gets the attendance summary email before each event. Yet another user-generated feature request complete!
