New Hybrid Speaker: MCQ
Lightspeed Technologies is pleased to announce the launch of the new MCQ Multimedia Ceiling Speaker. This innovative design uses two types of speaker technologies and sophisticated cross-over circuitry to provide an optimum
combination of speech clarity, even sound distribution, and a rich 'full-range' sound for multimedia sources. Lightspeed has offered two types of speaker technology for many years, but the challenge from a Florida school district created
the impetus to engineer a product that incorporated both speaker technologies into one, quick install unit. The district technology team appreciated how the flat panel speaker raised the intelligibility level of the teacher's voice, but
with more multimedia in the classroom, they wanted to add a deeper, fuller sound that standard cone speakers provides.
