| Two new fields are availabe in Prospect Record, Quotation Offer date and Quotation Expiration Date |

|
You can now define a date when a Quotation (Offer) has been sent and what the expiration date is. We will shortly have available reports an Alerts that can be sent to
Managers and Account Managers weekly highlighting the expirations. |

| Future development plans |
|
We are implementinfunctionality which makes it possible to analyze the development of asales project, e.g. how long it takes to move from one stage to another and how many
projects will end up into a sale. Another enhancement relates to collecting information about the duration of tasks, e.g how long time you spend with a user in a specific task. You can add more time to the task in case you do some background work. AboveTARGET will calculatethe cost of the task and you can define if the task is chargeable. Reports will be availbe to make it easier for you to produce invoices based on the work done. If you have any specific requirements or wishes related to these enhancements, please let us know. |

| Summary of previous changes |
|
Scalability The administrator can define which functions of AboveTARGET.com are available in the organisation. You can disable functions that you do not want to use. Instructions about this scaling function and some other enhancements can be read by clicking Effective immediately the new Web Meeting feature is available. This new feature enables you to invite another person who is connected to internet to a web-session. In this web-session you can e.g. show a PowerPoint presentation to the invitee. When you walk through the presentation, the other person sees exactly what you see. You can annotate the presentation e.g. draw arrows to highlight certain things. The invitee can also make aannotations to the presentation to highlight e.g. a question. You will be able to invite up to 10 persons to the same session. If you se Skype and the other persons have Skype id, you can have an interactive telephone conference without paying any telephone costs. The web-session feature is a separately chargeable function and you can rent it for selected persons within your company . We are now bringing this functionality to the market to an affordable price starting at 20,00 EUR/month excl. of VAT. Previously only larger companies used this type of products due to a much higher price. Now, smaller companies will be able to do it with our product. We will shortly start to demonstrate this new facility to you by inviting you to a presentation. I am sure that you will be impressed. A Powerpoint about the Web Meeting can be read by clicking here Dynamic Browse list length You can change the parameter controlling how many records that will be displayed in a Company, Person, Prospect, License Incident and To-Do List search. AboveTARGET will remember the last parameter value you have used in the next browse function. |
