In order to help you to utilize AboveTARGET.com more and better, we have started to develop training material available in video format. The video courses are initially
available in Finnish and English and we are developing more and more courses with an objective to cover every aspect of the functionality of the product. Please be aware that the screen resolutions may affect how the video appears on the screen. In some cases you may not see everything without sscrolling on the screen. We hope that the courses are useful for you. |

Effective immediately, you can start to use the new videos. The videos can be viewed from the Customer Zone. They are also available in the product itself through a new
button left of the Users Guide button. The videos are made by Christer Mäkelä and our objective has not been to make any flashy videos and spend a lot of money on professional speakers but instead more or less natural training courses. We
hope anyway that they server their purpose. We start initially with very basic courses and if you are an experienced user you may not get anything out of the course. Gradually we will develop also more advanced courses. Initially we suggest that new users would review the courses. We will inform you when new courses are available To look at the videos, you need the Macromedia Flash Player from Adobe Systems. The Flash player is ususally installed on each PC but if you do not have that, it can be downloaded from www.adobe.com. You need version 6 or higher. Users who have recently started to use AboveTARGET.com have encountered some difficulties to use the Outlook email integration. The reason has been mainly the lack of the
Trusted Site definition. We have now updated the instructions and the instructions can be downloaded from the Log-in page. If you still encounter any problems. please contact support@adsotech.com. |
