You may have already noticed, but if not, we wanted to make you aware of several major enhancements to CoolerEmail!
1) On your control panel you now have a executive "SnapShot" which allows you to instantaneously review and access reports highlighting the success of your marketing initiatives. As an added benefit, you can "drill down"
into the reports for as much data as you need!
2) In coordination with the beta release of Microsoft's Outlook 11, we have enhanced our tracking capabilities to provide for tracking of "text-emails" as well as HTML emails.
3) CoolerTracks, our wildly popular website analytics software is now available for all secure systems including shopping carts. What this means is that you can definitively prove to your colleagues how much money
your email campsigns are generating for your company!
For example, using the combined CoolerEmail/CoolerTracks package, you can easily determine:

Which email recipients actually visited your website;

Which people went to which pages;
-
How long each person stayed on each page;
-
Which people purchased; and
-
The average amount of each purchase.
If haven't already subscribed for CoolerTracks we would encourage you to so as soon as possible so you can "lock in" the $29.95/month introductory rate. Beginning May 1, 2003, new subscriptions to CoolerTracks will be
$49.95/month.
4) Last but not least -- TABS ARE HERE!!! You can change the "look and feel" of the your CoolerEmail Control Panel interface, by:

clicking on the "help" button after you log in:

choosing an interface type (e.g., "tabs") from the menu on the left-hand side; and
-
clicking on "home" (control panel).
We are delighted to announce the release of TABS! and are confident you will enjoy their ease of use as much as we have! Please feel free to update your CoolerEmail interface to Tabs (by using the instructions above) --- it is
another complimentary upgrade for our valued CoolerEmail users! |
