CoolerEmail Is Dynamic!

Hello CoolerEmail Subscriber!

It's exactly what you are looking for. The perfect way to broadcast emails with targeted, relevent and personalized content!

If you haven't already tried it, we would encourage you to take advantage of CoolerEmail's Dynamic Data features---widely accepted in the industry as the best, most powerful, and easy way to customize email messages.

A quote from Richard Saunders, a client who just switched to CoolerEmail from another email provider after evaluating CoolerEmail's Dynamic Data features.

"With its elegant solution to the complex challenge of DYNAMIC DATA, there is no doubt CoolerEmail provides the best email marketing software at the most affordable price---I was paying ten-fold for software that can't hold a candle to CoolerEmail"

To use Dynamic Data, visit the "Update Account" screen next time you login. Under "Account Configuration" are four checkboxes, the top three activate CRM sections. The fourth activates Dynamic Data.

After you activate "Dynamic Data", you simply can "Add and Modify" dynamic data for your each of your editions. You can have up to 999 rules per edition, and up to 99 comparisons per rule.

Dynamic Data is available free of charge on all accounts subscribed at the $49.95 level or higher. For more information please see our Dynamic Data features page.

You Asked... We Deliver!
You've been asking for more fields in the MasterCRM. We are proud to announce the MasterCRM can now accommodate up to 50 user-defined fields (for a total of 74 fields)! Each user-defined field is assigned to a "group" for easy organization of your CRM screen. User fields you don't need can be turned off, so you can customize your MasterCRM to include only those field you absolutely want!

Another Update to the Document Library
Last month we shared with you the way to organize files in your Document Library using folders. If you need to increase your storage in the Document Library you can easily do so.

In the left navigation bar of the document library there is a link to "Add Space". Storage is only $10/month for each block of 10 MB.

This question crosses the mind of most publishers, marketers, advertisers, and communicators out there. With almost 40 different state laws, and the Senate and the House in Washington, D.C. also debating anti-spam legislation, the general foundation of the US anti-spam regulatory environment is taking shape. Given this, and the wide array of anti-spam rules in other countries, it is imperative for you to review and confirm your email campaigns are legal, everywhere.

We can't provide you any legal advice. But if you or your lawyer have any questions regarding new spam legislation, we can direct you to www.SpamLaws.com, an excellent anti-spam resource. With some research, your lawyer should be able to confirm whether your jurisdiction's existing and pending legislation recognizes your right to send email to people with whom you have a pre-existing business relationship.

Another resource you may want to consider reviewing is "Email Marketing Pledge".

If you have any doubt whether your campaign complies with all laws, please don't send it until you confirm with your lawyer that everything is acceptable. As a reminder, it is always a good idea to confirm your business relationships via traditional methods such as phone, mail and in-person meetings ---- and to keep appropriate records!

AOL 9.0 and Outlook 2003
The newest versions of AOL and Outlook are gaining momentum --- so now is a good time to make sure you know how to assist your clients who may be transitioning to these programs.

For the best success in delivering to AOL 9.0 recipients, your recipients should simply "whitelist" your "FROM" address.

Outlook 2003

For the best success in delivering to Outlook 2003 recipients, your recipients should add your "FROM" address to their "safe list" by:

1. Clicking on the email and adding the sender (or the sender's entire domain) to their safe list; or
2. Electing to add all their personal contacts to their safe list.

Once you are on a recipient's "whitelist" or "safe list", your messages should get through just fine!
