They're developing some new features that will make your email marketing experience even more dynamic. Here's a few samples:

Do Not Email Domains
Now, you can create a list of domains that you don't want to send emails to by using the Update Account screen under the My Account tab. If you can't find the screen, click on the 'help' tab and type in 'Do Not Email'. This is a list of comma-separated domains that will never be sent to. This feature is handy if you'd like to keep the contact for other purposes and don't want to delete them completely. This feature will help you keep from accidentally sending information to your competitors that you'd rather just send to your clients.

Embed your Company's link in your logo or banner
Every time someone clicks on your banner or your logo, a new window will open and take them to your website. This handy little feature is set in the Edition Editor. The Banner/Logo Link URL is the link that goes on your banner and logo. You can upload your banner and/or logo using the List Settings screen. Every opportunity to get your reader to your website is another opportunity to make a sale or deepen your relationship.

Add subscribers to more than one list at a time
Suppose you want to send subscribers to your 'New Products' list and occasional 'Update' email as well. Now you can be sure that they're signed up on both lists when they subscribe. You can add a new sign-up form to any account by changing the "list#" field in the subscription form to the format "username-listname". Be sure that all of the usernames in the form have the 'Subscription Form Domains" set correctly in the My Account - Update Account screen. When the subscriber signs up for one of your emails, they will then also be added to the other lists that you choose.

Track which page on your website is getting the most subscribes
Now, CoolerEmail's subscription system automatically tracks which webpage your reader subscribed on. You'll find this information in the 'Notes" section of your contacts. You can also generate a "New Subscriber Report" in the Master CRM area of your account. This is very valuable information to help you fine tune your subscription process. Now you'll know which page is more compelling and you can use that information to tweak your other pages to make your site as powerful as possible.

5 Quick Tips to Increase Productivity
You're producing some great emails, but is your website doing its part to increase your bottom line? Here's a few quick tips:

1 - Be sure your subcribe form is on every page
Give visitors every chance to sign up.

2 - Use an effective headline
Craft catchy, short headlines that pull the reader in.

3 - Have a call to action
Tell your visitors what you want them to do: "Sign up here" or "Call now".

4 - Keep it professional
Keep your website looking professional. Keep the clutter to a minimum.

5 - Don't forget the contact information
Make sure that there are other ways to get in contact with you. Have your email address, phone number, and mailing address available so visitors can contact you if they want more information.

Other New Features

Subscribe Form - Now Double-Opt_in is the first choice when you create your Website Signup Form. This is to encourage the double opt-in method to be used more.

Do you have the time? - Outlook Events will now display the correct time, even during Daylight Savings Time.

Increased Capacity - CoolerEmail's added new servers and upgraded the bounce management for quicker and smoother performance.

Follow the Steps - Now when you send your emails, you can follow the steps in the sequence.

More speed - The Master CRM has been re-tooled to make it even faster.

New support form - Now when you click on the Help screen, the support requests are tracked so that the status of pending issues is always known. With the centralized Helpdesk, your requests can be dealt with very efficiently.
