10 Tips to De-Stress This Season
You're in a hectic business. You need a little down time so that you can come back strong and be ready to hit the target fresh for the new year. Here are a few suggestions you may want to consider:
1. Turn off the TV and listen to some relaxing music.
2. Take a walk just to look at the holiday lights.
3. Kick off your shoes and enjoy a hot drink and some candle light.
4. Bundle up and take the dog for a walk.
5. Enjoy your kids trying to be good for a change.
6. Stroll through a Japanese garden or park.
7. Treat yourself to a 20-minute hot bath and really be present during it.
8. Be sure to get enough chocolate.
9. Let the cat curl up on your lap for a half hour (if you don't have a cat, borrow one).
10. Unplug for a while and take a few deep breaths - the computer will be there after the holidays.
 Try to remember that this is supposed to be the season of peace and good will. With all the external noise and clutter, that can get lost. Give
yourself enough space to find it.
If all of that doesn't work, just go out and be wild so you've really got something to change for the new year!

New CRM Features
Export Filters - Now you can filter out the results of the export using a new dropdown menu. Suppose you want a list of the Unsubscribers from the CRM in a text file format. You simply put a filter for "EmailFormat" containing
"Unsubscribed" and it would output all of the Unsubscribers in a textfile. This handy feature is found in the Master CRM under Utilities – Export.
Auto Fill - Just check a box in the My Account – Update Account screen and when a new subscriber signs up using the website signup form, the CRM will auto-fill the field with the city/state/country data that we look up based on
their IP address. Very Cool!
Image Tweaking - Now you can resize, crop, flip, and clean your images all online without having to use another image editor program. Find Image Manipulation in the Document Library.
Bonded Sender Plus is now active!
 If you are currently "bonded" (elected to be Bonded Sender status in the My Account - Update Account screen), you can check a box in the List Settings for an
individual mailing list that you have double-opt-in records for all members of that list, and enter the Bonded Sender Plus IP. That IP ensures the highest level of deliverability to all ISP's, for all editions sent to that particular
mailing list.
