WORST DAY OF THE YEAR RIDE | February 10, Portland
The Worst Day of the Year Ride is an easy 18-mile odyssey around downtown Portland that has quickly become a quirky annual
tradition.
You'll be kept warm and comfy at every turn with tons of belly-nourishing treats including hot cocoa, doughnuts, fruit, DragonFly chai tea, veggie chili, chicken noodle soup, cornbread, Nossa Familia coffee, bagels, hot cider and much
more.
Join hundreds of other hardy souls as they laugh at the elements and gather for a delicious finish line party at the Lucky Labrador. Want more of a challenge? The optional 40-mile route loop traverses the west hills out to
Hillsboro. The ride is capped at 2,000 riders and it will sell out, so buy gift certificates to make sure all your buddies are there with you.
REACH THE BEACH | May 17, Oregon
Reach the Beach is the major fundraiser for the American Lung Association of Oregon. Every pedal stroke helps promote clean Oregon air and healthy Oregon lungs, making this an extra special gift to give.
Choose from one of five distance options ranging from 26 to 110 miles. You and your friends will meander along quiet, gorgeous rural roads in search of a spectacular beach party in Pacific City. Each route features rest stops
approximately every 15 miles, two delicious lunch stops and ample support every step of the way.
The gift certificate is available at the special early registration discounted rate. It includes the fundraising minimum so your loved ones will be all signed up and ready to ride.
MT. BIKE OREGON | July 18-20 or August 15-17, Oakridge
It's kind of like sleep-away camp, only so much cooler. Mt. Bike Oregon is an all-inclusive weekend getaway. Trails range from beginner to
advanced, and experienced guides will help lead the way (and make sure no one gets left behind).
Ride trails all day long! Jump logs! Meet mt. bikers from around the country (and Canada)! Navigate switch backs! Tear it up on some of the nation's best singletrack! New to mt. biking? Check out the clinics and learn the skills you need
to tackle the advanced trails.
Register, pack, get there... then you don't have to worry about a thing. You ride, they take care of the rest. And the rest includes FREE BEER in the nightly beer garden, three meals a day, showers, shuttles, camping, entertainment and so
much more. There are plenty of non-riding activities in gorgeous Oakridge. Guests and kids are welcome to join you in camp. See the website for full details.
Registration is limited to 300 riders so that everyone has a great experience and the trails aren't crowded. There are two weekends to choose from, or take our advice and just sign up for both.
