THANKS FOR RIDING!
What a great ride! We reached our goal of 1,500 riders for Tour de Lab 2009 in support of DoveLewis. We hope you had a wonderful day. The weather was gorgeous, the dog noses were hilarious and it was an incredible day for a bicycle ride.

That climb up to Southwest Lucky Lab was pretty intense, but you all did a great job. Big congrats to the Big Dogs who also made the climb over Council Crest.

2,000 hot dogs were tackled at the finish line, over 1,700 people treats (cookies) and nearly 1,600 dog bones (bread sticks).

We saw tons of people out there taking pictures, next to the llama, with dog noses on, drinking beer and having a good time.  You can see the photos of other riders in our group photo pool on Flickr.

If you use Flickr (the free photo sharing website) you may add your favorite to the group for all to see.

Wentworth Subaru is a proud sponsor of Tour De Lab. They provided the Tour De Lab-branded 2010 Impreza and 2010 Legacy to support this ride.

This event would not have been successful without the support of local bike shops. Bike N' Hike repaired bikes and got riders going at the starting line. Bike Tires Direct generously supplied of all ride-along mechanic supplies, including tubes, patch kits and pumps.

Zipcar provided a vehicle for support on the course. Zipcar is all about car sharing, an alternative to car rental and car ownership.

Wend is a magazine for real people, writing real stories about real adventures and real environmental issues. Wend is based in Portland, and is the only outdoor magazine printed on FSC paper. If you subscribe to Wend using the promo code "dovelewis" five dollars from your subscription will go to DoveLewis.
