Is It Time to Upgrade to Windows 7?
Some people are wondering if Windows 7 is just more baked over Vista hype. Vista, a Spanish word that brings visions of a beautiful view, but Windows Vista wasn't a pretty picture. Part of the problem is that many developers were not writing programs that would run without administrative privileges.
