Perfect Attendance has Rewards
Mehtab, the founder of Yoga Yoga, says "Practice yoga
once a week and change your mind, practice yoga twice a week and
change your body, practice yoga every day and change your life!"
Try
it out - you will definitely notice the benefits of yoga more
if you have a consistent practice. And now, perfect attendance
to your Yoga at Work class could win you a 4 class pass!
Beginning June 1 we will be tracking the attendance for all
of the Yoga at Work classes. If you have perfect attendance
for your class you will be eligible to win a 4 class pass
that can be used at any of our
5
locations!
If your company offers a 6 week program then every student with
perfect attendance will be eligible for a drawing for a 4 class
pass. If your company has an Annual program then we will hold
a drawing quarterly. Ask your Yoga at Work teacher for more
details.

Taking
a Minute for Yoga
One
of the greatest things about yoga is that you can bring it out
of the class into your everyday life. Once you learn the basic
poses, you can practice at home. You can take it into the office
or even into traffic.
Just five minutes of yoga can add a renewed sense of energy
to your day.

Wrist
Openers
Before you start make sure you have enough space to
extend your arms out in front of you.
Sitting straight up in your chair, press your sitting
bones down into the chair, and lengthen your back. Place
your hands on your knees. Slide your shoulder blades
down your back. Close your eyes or focus your eyes softly
forward. Take a moment and focus on your breath.
Bring your hands together and interlace your fingers.
From here, straighten your elbows and turn your palms
out
Feel the gentle stretch opening your wrists. Take as
much time as you need here. Softly focus on breathing
and enjoying the time you made for your yoga.
